Thank you for your interest in our Yorkie puppies. She/He will be ready to be part of your family at 8 weeks of age.
ALL our yorkies and their pups are raised in our home. Not in kennels! They receive lots of love, excellent veterinarian care, quality food, and Puppy Culture Curriculum.
ALL puppies are purebred AKC Registered, tails docked, dewclaws removed and up to date on shots by a licensed veterinarian. They receive a complete wellness exam from a licensed veterinarian at 8 weeks to ensure they are healthy and ready to join their family.
COLOR: We breed for standard traditional color. All our adults carry the parti gene, so occasionally we are surprised with beautiful parti pups.
SIZE: Yorkies are a toy breed. We breed for a standard of 7 pounds or under. Occasionally, we may have larger pups.
SEX: Girls are priced higher. Remember boys make wonderful companions!
YORKIE PRICING: $1800.-$2800. Price varies based on sex and color.
HOLDING FEE~A $500 non-refundable commitment fee (zelle, venmo or walmart to walmart) is required to reserve your puppy until pickup date (8 weeks old). This fee is refunded only in the event of a pups death while in my care, or if the pup does not pass it’s final vet wellness exam. The remaining balance is due at pick up, to be paid in cash.
WAITING LIST~$100. is required to be place on the wait list, holding fee balance of $400. due 48 hours after litter is born to remain on the list.
Puppy pick @ 3 weeks of age via photos/video chat in order of fee received.
